How can I update the email associated with my Chegg Skills program?

To update your email address, head to your dashboard and navigate to the top-right corner. Click on your profile icon and go to 'Profile'. Enter your updated email and make sure to select the “Save & Close” button to ensure the change is saved.

 

How can I update the name associated with my Chegg Skills program?

To update your first or last name, navigate to your dashboard and click on your profile icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Profile.

Pro-tip:  If you're add in a middle name to be reflected on your program, have it follow your first name.

Where can I see the financial details of my Chegg Skills program payment option?

To view all the financial details of your Chegg Skills enrollment, navigate to your dashboard and click on your profile icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Billing. There, you'll be able to see the details of your payment plan on file, including details that are specific to your enrollment.

Send an email to skills.payments@chegg.com if you have any questions regarding the financial details of your enrollment.

 

How can I reset my Chegg Skills account password if I'm locked out of my Chegg Skills account?

To reset your password, use this link: https://accounts.cheggskills.com/recover-password. 

 

I used the Password Reset link, but I haven't received the email to reset my password. What should I do?

First, check your spam and/or filtered email folders. If it's not there, check to make sure that you entered the email address associated with your Chegg Skills enrollment. If you're still unable to reset your password, contact Chegg Skills' student support team for further assistance.
