Chegg Skills students use a variety of third party tools to enrich what they learn throughout their curriculum, most of which are outlined in the table below. From time to time, students may experience problems with these tools. After checking that the tool is working as expected, students are encouraged to connect with the curricular support resources in their program.

My program's third party tool isn't working. What should I do?

Check tool's status page: Sometimes, there are tool and system outages that might impact the performance of the tool in your Chegg Skills program. If you're encountering an error when interacting with a specific tool,  check that tool's status page (linked below) as a first step in getting unblocked.

Companies use a status page to indicate if there's a known tool/system issue and share that information with all users. Status pages sometimes also include an estimated time of when a company expects the issue to be resolved.

It's encouraged that you reach out for curricular clarification early and often, even when you're not stuck! Your program's specific curricular support resources are designed to unblock and enrich students' understanding of their program.
