My program's third party tool isn't working. What should I do?
Check tool's status page: Sometimes, there are tool and system outages that might impact the performance of the tool in your Chegg Skills program. If you're encountering an error when interacting with a specific tool, check that tool's status page (linked below) as a first step in getting unblocked.
Companies use a status page to indicate if there's a known tool/system issue and share that information with all users. Status pages sometimes also include an estimated time of when a company expects the issue to be resolved.
